BENTLY 3500/25 Enhanced bond phase module
Product manual:
The 3500/25 Enhanced Critical phasor module is a semi-high dual channel module. Used to provide critical phasor signals to monitoring modules in 3500 racks. The module receives an input signal from a close probe or magnetic pickup. The signal is converted into a digital key phasor signal. It shows that the bond phasor marks on the axis are consistent with the bond phasor sensor. The 3500 mechanical protection system can accept up to four normally configured bond phasor signals and up to eight pin-configured bond phasor signals.
The bond phasor signal is one or multiple pulses per revolution from the rotating shaft or gear. Used to provide accurate timing measurements.
This allows 3500 monitoring modules and external diagnostic equipment to measure shaft speed and vector parameters. Such as 1X vibration amplitude and phase.
The Enhanced Critical phasor module is an improved 3500 system module. It offers extended Keyphasor signal processing capabilities compared to previous designs. While maintaining full backward compatibility with existing Keyphasor modules in terms of form, fitness, and functionality. For legacy systems. The key phasor module, PWA 125792-01, was completely replaced by the newer module 149369-01. When three-mode redundancy (TMR) applications require system critical phasor inputs. 3500 The system should deploy two critical phasor modules. In this configuration, the modules work in parallel. Provides primary and secondary critical phasor signals to other modules in the rack.
